How the System Works

The dual-spin workflow separates whole blood in two stages. First, the system isolates platelet-poor plasma and forms the buffy coat. After this step, the second spin concentrates the platelets while removing the majority of unwanted cells. As a result, this system produces PRP with:

• Up to 12× platelet concentration

• Up to 98.9% fewer neutrophils

• Up to 99% fewer red blood cells

This structured process supports predictable results and a clean PRP output for a wide range of treatment protocols.

Platelet-Derived Exosomes

Recent research has shown that concentrated PRP contains platelet-derived exosomes. These small extracellular vesicles (30–200 nm) carry proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids that support intercellular communication.
